Vacation apartment La Rosa

Kitchen, sitting room, two double bedrooms, one bathroom, sofa bed in sitting room, no terrace. La Rosa has a garden below provided with table and chairs but it is not directly outside the door. La Rosa is one of the most characteristic of our apartments, being a part of the oldest part of Sugame (around 1100 or 1200).

It is on the first floor and one enters via a few steps and a porch straight into the large kitchen with the original fire place. From the kitchen, a door leads into the sitting room and a wooden staircase takes you upstairs to a bathroom and two double bedrooms (one has 2 twin beds) The bathroom is particularly nice with a separate bath as well as shower unit. As with all of our apartments, you will have access to our swimming pool.

The week begins on Saturday and finishes on Saturday morning.
Arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays only in the low season.



When heating is required, the fee is calculated from the gas metre. Each apartment has its own thermostat and timer. We charge € 3 per cubic metre of gas.
