A spacious apartment with kitchen/dining room, sitting room with sofa bed, large double bedroom, small new bathroom, large terrace with view. As with all of our apartments, you will have access to our swimming pool.

The most attractive feature of this apartment is the private terrace and view. Please note that although it is very spacious for two, and therefore has plenty of space for a family, it does lack a second bedroom. The additional two sleeping places are provided by a sofa bed in the sitting room, through which you pass to go to the bedroom. It is therefore recommended for family of four rather than two couples. All three rooms, but not the bathroom, have windows on the view side. The terrace is set along the front of the rooms.

The week starts and finishes on a Saturday.
Arrangements can be made for shorter or longer stays, but only in the low season.

There is an additional fee for the final cleaning of the apartment. The fees are appropriate to the sizes of the apartments.
Il Cantinino: € 25/€30

When heating is required, the fee is calculated from the gas metre. Each apartment has its own thermostat and timer. We charge € 5 per cubic metre of gas.
